I completely understand my generation and their frustration with technology. If it wasn't MySpace that the kids started to play with, then it was FaceBook that came out of the college crowd. Then we suddenly heard that LinkedIn swelled to 20 million users, which now has grown to over 35 million in just the last few months. Even if you did get some understanding about these technologies, up comes Twitter. You may have even tried to use Twitter, but cannot understand why. At the same time you get invitations to Naymz, Ning, and a couple of thousand other social media sites.
It all sounds like fun and games until you hear of somebody landing new 7-figure deal on Facebook or better finding a new 7 figure job on LinkedIn. You know there has to be something to there, but you are not sure what it is, what you should do and what you should even expect to get out of it.
If this sounds like you, this may be the right blog for you to listen to, because I know where you are coming from. I have taught grown adults how to use these sites and have taken over the responsibility to bring warm leads to successful businessmen through their presence that I manage on these social media. Stick to this blog and you will hear more.
